Contaminated Site Assessment

BCD Group assisted a client undertaking a brownfield development where a large area of contaminated uncontrolled fill was encountered through the development of the site.

Our Environmental team completed ground investigations to delineate the extent of the contaminated material beneath the building platform to minimise the costly disposal of contaminated soils. This was assisted by the resource consent obtained by BCD Group which provided flexibility to manage the removal of this material from the site without delay, minimising impacts to the project schedule.
