Geotechnical Engineer/Engineering Geologist

We are looking for an Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist with 3 plus years of relevant experience to join our Hamilton or Napier office.

In this role you will be responsible for undertaking fieldwork, reporting, scoping investigations, analysis which would include foundation bearing capacity, settlement, liquefaction, and slope stability, and reporting for a range of engineering projects including land development, infrastructure, and small to large buildings.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 3 years' experience
Tertiary qualification in Geotechnical Engineering / Geology
Working towards CPEng or PEngGeol
Motivated and self-driven person who enjoys working as part of a fast paced environment
Ideally, multi-disciplinary project delivery experience
Commitment to providing the best outcomes for your clients
Able to work autonomously and within a team environment
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability and willingness to travel to neighboring regions and head office (Hamilton)
