The Challenge

BCD Group Ltd provided Structural, Civil, Geotechnical and Architectural services for the design of a new 5500m2 K-mart in Te Rapa.  The building is constructed predominantly of steel frames, with pre-cast concrete walls to the exterior.  

The Result

Construction began January 2014 and is due to be completed in October 2014.  

Currently the project is on time and within budget.  Delivery of successful consenting processes to allow for suitable construction timeframes.
