The Challenge

Geotechnical, civil and structural design to allow for alterations to services and internal parking as well as the provision of new sleeve tenancies and a new large bulk retail space in the existing retail complex.

The Result

Redirection of services and internal parking as required as well as the provision of a large span propped steel frame that provides the sleeve tenancies as well as the required large span of the bulk retail space.
