St Peters Junior School

The Challenge

Provide structural, civil and geotechnical services for the new school.  The school was a single level structure with open learning spaces which meant the inclusion of a number of clear span structural frames and pre cast bracing panels .

Complexities of the job were around constructability as the development was in the centre of an operational school.  Concrete panels and steel were detail in a way that was cost effective to the client and contractor both with regards to construction programme and material cost.

The Result

Project was completed on time and on budget to a high standard.
